Finally we are able to re-open the school after the longest it’s been closed for in our 38 year history.

We have had to make some changes to class sizes, and put in a one-way system to make social-distancing possible, as well as tweek the timetable to allow for all the chairs and barres to be cleaned between each group. There is also a grid of 2m Squares on the floor to help keep everyone 2m away from each other. Plus the biggest change is that parents are no-longer allowed into the studio, as we have been told we can have a maximum limit of 15 people in the building at any one time.

Annette has also had to do a huge amount of paperwork, reading various directives and attending webinars,  as well as do an exam in COVID Compliance!

We have had to get a Risk Assessment for the school done, as well as one for the Hall, plus adhere to Risk Assessments from BBOdance and DanceUK

There are temperature checks for all the students before they enter the studio and hand sanitizer on the way in and out.

And after all that, we are pleased to say

”We’re Open!”
